When you share you details with us: You become a member of the CommuniTree.

Therefor your data (contact details) is used so that you:

  • Receive updates and newsletters.

  • Have access to member protected pages

  • For these purposes we will contact you via email.

We may also contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Leaving The CommuniTree - How to Unsubscribe

You can simply click 'unsubscribe' at the foot of the newsletter that is sent to you.

Unsubscribing means that your data will not be 'processed' i.e. your contact details will be erased and you will not receive any further communications and your details will be erased from the group database.
